Lipid pneumonia is a very real risk when it comes to inhaling the vaporized form of any pure &/or concentrated plant-derived oil. The key is in reducing the concentration enough & diluting a pure plant oil with “safer”, less lipid-rich or lipid-free additives to attempt to reduce such risks for vapers – but of course the heavier a vaper’s usage of any seemingly “safe” oil mixture, the greater the risk that any vapable oil will land them in the hospital in accute respiratory distress.
